Directions for Use
Recipe : • Egg free Chocolate Cake Concentrate 1000 g • Flour 3400 g • Sugar 3000 g • Cake Gel 90 to100g • Oil 500 g • Water (15C) 3200 gMethod : 1. Mix sugar and Water until the sugar gets fully dissolved. 2. Add egg free chocolate cake Concentrate, flour & gel mix at low speed for 1 minute with whisker. 3. Scrap down & whisk the batter at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Fold oil slowly while mixing at low speed for 30 seconds. 5. Pour into greased baking tins.Batter temperature : 23-25 C Baking temperature : 165 to 170 C ( for round pan) and at 170 to 180 C (for square pan ) Baking Time : 30 minutes
To be kept in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container. Store in dry closed warehouse, away from sunlight protected from rain, dust, insects & rodents. Material must be kept on pallets and away from wall.
