• Classic Plum Cake Mix (egg Free) -
• 1000g
• Water - 400g
• Oil - 200g
• Dry Fruits - 200g

1. Mix Egg Free Classic Plum Cake Mix, Water and oil at low speed for 1 minute with whisker
2. Scrap down & whip the mixture at medium speed for 2 to 3 Minutes.
3. Pour into baking tins & bake at 165 to 170c(for round pan) and at 170 to 180c(for square pan)for 30-35 minutes
