Usage
Use CS panko to bread oven-baked or deep-fried Veg cutlets, chicken breasts or fish fillets
Sprinkle panko over salads or steamed vegetables just before serving to add a little crunch
Replace regular breadcrumbs with panko for casserole or baked pasta dish toppings
Coating is a process that consists of applying a liquid or a powder onto the surface of an edible product to convey sensory properties. Coating designates an operation as much as the result of it: the application of a layer and the layer itself. Breading is defined as the application of a dry mixture of flour starch, seasonings having a coarse composition to battered food products prior to cooking. Normally the battered food portions are dropped in to dried breading and are turned over to ensure complete coating with breading (e.g. bread crumbs).
Directions for Use
Breading:
1. Pat dry the ingredient to be breaded
2. Season it along with our flavourings of your choice
3. Dust it with seasoned flour
4. Dip it in Chef Solutions krunchy batter
5. Roll it over bread crumbs and pat it tightly for better results Binding usage: Bread crumbs can be mixed along with patty mixture depending on moisture content for better water absorption.

To be kept in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container. Store in dry closed warehouse, away from sunlight protected from rain, dust, insects & rodents. Material must be kept on pallets and away from wall.
After opening refrigerate at 5 degree centigrade & consume within 7 days. Please do not use if product turns "off-white", visible moulds.
