Usage
  • Use CS panko to bread oven-baked or deep-fried Veg cutlets, chicken breasts or fish fillets
  • Sprinkle panko over salads or steamed vegetables just before serving to add a little crunch
  • Replace regular breadcrumbs with panko for casserole or baked pasta dish toppings

Directions for Use
Breading:
  • Pat dry the ingredient to be breaded
  • Season it along with our flavourings of your choice
  • Dust it with seasoned flour
  • Dip it in Chef Solutions krunchy batter
  • Roll it over bread crumbs and pat it tightly for better results Binding usage: Bread crumbs can be mixed along with patty mixture depending on moisture content for better water absorption.
