Usage
Stir Fries/ Sautéed: Use our sauce as it is for stir fries.
Saucy: Thin down our sauce with water or stock at a ratio of 1:8 thickened with a corn flour slurry
Dip: Mix our concentrate with 2 parts of stock or water to serve as a dipping sauce.
Salad Dressing: Mix our sauce with 2 parts of oil and mix along with vegetables or cooked meat to use as salad dressing.
Directions for Use
Cut open the packet and transfer it into a clean bowl and reserve.
Refresh the sauce by sautéing onion and garlic over moderate heat till translucent, now add CS sauce, give it a boil, add 8 parts of stock and reserve.
At the time of service, as per your choice, add cooked vegetables or meat to it and serve it.
Consumption of made sauce will vary as per style of dish for e.g. stir fried, saucy or a salad dip.
To be kept in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container.
Store in a dry closed warehouse, away from sunlight protected from rain, dust, insects & rodents. Material must be kept on pallets and away from the wall.
