Bring water to boil, add 30 gms of broth powder for every 1 litre of water. Boil the stock for a minute, strain and reserve.For enhancement of fried food, Chef solution Chicken aroma broth powder to be sprinkled over fried food.Curries: Use chicken aroma broth powder to intensify gravy flavour by sprinkling it in gravy as a finishing agent. Avoid reheating of food once aroma powder has been sprinkled.

To be kept in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container. Store in the dry closed warehouse, away from sunlight protected from rain, dust, insects & rodents. The material must be kept on pallets and away from the wall.
