A convenient mix to make excellent classic vegetarian Vanilla cakes

Directions for Use

Receipe: • Egg Free Vanila Cake Concentrate : 1000 g • Flour : 5800 g • Sugar 5000 g • Cake Gel : 250 g • Oil : 500 g • Water (15 C) 5500g Method: • Mix sugar and water until the sugar gets fully dissolved. • And egg free vanilla cake concentrate, flour & get and mix at low speed for 1 minute with whiser. • Scrap down & whisk the better at high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. • Fold oil sowly while mixing at low speed 30 seconds • Pour into greased baking tins. Batter temperature : 23-25c Baking temperature : 165 to 170c (for round pan) at 170 to 180c for square pan) Baking time : 30 minutes

Storage Information

To be kept in a cool dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container. Store in dry closed warehouse, away from sunlight protected from rain, dust, insects & rodents. Material must be kept on pallets and away from wall.
