  • 2 .In a rice cooker combine rice with water and cook for 20 minutes
  • 3 .Cool off till the rice can be handled
  • 4 .Add the sushi vinegar and mix till the rice soaks up all the vinegar and is lumpy.
  • 5 .Rice is ready for the sushi of your choice.

Ensure the rice is cooled properly before adding the sushi vinegar for optimum taste.
