    • Cauliflower(blanched):100grams
    • Baby Corn Thickly Sliced(parboiled) - 5 to 6
    • French beans :10 nos
    • Capsicum:1no.
    • Dried red chillies: 2 chopped
    • Tomato Ketchup:1 tablespoon
    • Corn flour: 1 tablespoon
    • Oil: 2 tablespoon
    • Spring onion(chopped):1no.
    • Roasted white sesame seeds: 1teaspoon

    Steps Involved in Cooking:

    • 1 .Heat oil in a wok on high flame, add red chillies and stir-fry. Add capsicum and stir-fry for 1 min.
    • 2 .Add vegetables and chilli garlic seasoning stir fry for next 1 min.
    • 3 .At last add ketchup & cook for 2-3 min.
    • 4 .Garnish with spring onion and roasted sesame seeds. Serve Hot
