Arugula and Green Apple Salad

    • Arugula :- 2-3cup
    • Small green apple :- halved and thinly sliced
    • Crumble cheese :- 1/2 cup
    • Olive oil:- 1tbsp
    • Fresh lemon juice :- 1tbsp
    • Mayonnaise :- 3tbsp
    • balsamic vinegar:-2tbsp
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper :- to test

    Steps Involved in Cooking:

    • 1 .Place the arugula, apple, cheese in large bowl
    • 2 .Place the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper in a mason jar
    • 3 .Place the lid on tightly and shake vigorously until emulsified
    • 4 .Pour the dressing over the salad (you may not need it all), and toss gently to coat
    • 5 .Serve immediately and enjoy!
