Steps Involved in Cooking:
- 1 .Toss arugula, Cajun seasoning salt, black pepper, watermelon and feta, lemon juice together.
- 2 .Drizzle with balsamic right before serving
- 3 .Alternatively, you can reduce 1/2 cup traditional balsamic vinegar over medium heat until reduced to half
