Arugula Watermelon Feta Cheese Salad

      • Baby arugula :- washed and dried
      • Seeded watermelon :- 2cup diced
      • Crumble feta cheese :- 1/3 cup
      • Thick balsamic vinegar:- 1/4 cup
      • Salt and freshly ground black pepper:- 1/2 tsp
      • Lemon juice :- 1/4 tsp

      Steps Involved in Cooking:

      • 1 .Toss arugula, Cajun seasoning salt, black pepper, watermelon and feta, lemon juice together.
      • 2 .Drizzle with balsamic right before serving
      • 3 .Alternatively, you can reduce 1/2 cup traditional balsamic vinegar over medium heat until reduced to half
