    Other Ingredients Used:

    • Basa fillets :- ( 2-3 about 1 lb.)
    • Olive oil :- 1tbsp.
    • Butter:-3tbsp.(divided)
    • Paprika :- 1/2 tbsp
    • Oregano :- 1/2 tbsp
    • Red pepper flakes crushed :- 1/2 tbsp
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon juice :- 2tbsp
    • Chopped parsley :- 2tbsp

    Steps Involved in Cooking:

    • 1 .Preheat oven to 350 F.
    • 2 .Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning
    • 3 .Divide the spice mixture and sprinkle half on each fillet
    • 4 .Place in an oven safe glass dish .bake at 350 F. 25 min. until fish is flaky
    • 5 .Take a pan add tablespoon of butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add the slice of fennel and green onions cook for about 5 minutes, once the vegetables are soft add salt, pepper, and half & half (or heavy whipping cream)
    • 6 .Purée everything with a chopper or blender until it’s smooth — add more cream as needed. Pour the sauce back into a warm pan and add chopped fennel fronds
    • 7 .Reduce heat to medium and add the skillet. Simmer until the sauce has reduced and the fillets is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more
    • 8 .Garnish with orange slices and lettuce leaves
