- Cauliflower rice :- 6 cup
- Paprika :- 1tsp.
- Garlic:- 1tsp
- Onion :- 1tsp.
- Salt and pepper :- to taste
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil :- 2tbsp.
- Onion diced :- 2
- Celery :-diced
- Garlic :- diced
- Tomatoes :- diced
- American corn :- boiled
- Okra:- fried.
- Bay leaf :- 3
Steps Involved in Cooking:
- 1 .Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper, celery, American corn, okra, Cajun and remaining 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper.
- 2 .Cook, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.
- 3 .Add the minced garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, and bring to a simmer, and the sausage. Stir, continuing to cook until the meat has cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- 4 .Stir in the cauliflower rice and the chicken stock concentrate. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is done to your liking
- 5 .Serve garnished with chopped green onions and hot sauce to taste
