    • Cauliflower rice :- 6 cup
    • Paprika :- 1tsp.
    • Garlic:- 1tsp
    • Onion :- 1tsp.
    • Salt and pepper :- to taste
    • Italian seasoning
    • Olive oil :- 2tbsp.
    • Onion diced :- 2
    • Celery :-diced
    • Garlic :- diced
    • Tomatoes :- diced
    • American corn :- boiled
    • Okra:- fried.
    • Bay leaf :- 3

    Steps Involved in Cooking:

    • 1 .Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, green pepper, celery, American corn, okra, Cajun and remaining 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper.
    • 2 .Cook, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.
    • 3 .Add the minced garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, and bring to a simmer, and the sausage. Stir, continuing to cook until the meat has cooked through, about 5 minutes.
    • 4 .Stir in the cauliflower rice and the chicken stock concentrate. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is done to your liking
    • 5 .Serve garnished with chopped green onions and hot sauce to taste
