    • 1⁄4 cup - refined flour
    • 1 tbs - green chillies, finely chopped
    • 1 tbs - ginger, grated
    • 1 tbs - garlic grated
    • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
    • ½ tsp - white pepper powder
    • 1 ½ tbs - lemon juice
    • A pinch - baking soda
    • Salt - to taste
    • Water – as required
    • Oil - for deep frying
    • 10-12 nos. - cauliflower florets (keep the stems long)

    Steps Involved in Cooking:

    • 1 .Wash the florets and leave aside to drain or pat dry
    • 2 .Mix all the ingredients except the last two with sufficient water to make a slightly thick Batter
    • 3 .Heat the oil and when hot enough dip the florets in the batter and deep fry for about 5- 7mins on medium flame till crisp
    • 4 .Drain well and serve hot with a sweet and sour sauce.
