- Tortilla : 1
- Garlic : 10gms
- Oil : 30mls
- Yogurt : 20gms
- Mayonnaise : 50gms
- Carrot julienne : 10gms
- Beet root julienne : 10gms
- Coriander : 05gms
- Chicken breast : 80gms
Steps Involved in Cooking:
- 1 .Marinade the chicken pieces with 20gms of yogurt, and shawarma seasoning and set aside.
- 2 .Lightly sauté rough chopped garlic and dd to mayonnaise with chopped coriander.
- 3 .On a hot griddle pan/ cast iron pan lay the pieces of chicken with a drizzle of oil. Brown on each side and set aside.
- 4 .For assembling, lightly warm tortilla, apply garlic aioli, place juliennes of carrot and beet root and lay the chicken along side.
- 5 .Wrap it up and sear once more on pan(optional)
