  • Medium tomatoes :- 3
  • Olive oil:- 2tbsp
  • Sea salt:-1tbsp
  • Ground black pepper:-ΒΌ tbsp
  • Focasia loaf:- 1
  • Garlic cloves:- 2-3 cut into half piece

Steps Involved in Cooking:

  • 1 .Slice the olives, tomatoes and peppers in chunks .toss together in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 .Add the olive oil ,chilli garlic seasoning and give everything a thorough mix
  • 3 .Drizzle a little olive oil into skillet and bring the heat to medium high and toast off either side of the bread until golden and crisp
  • 4 .Top the slices of bread with the olive and chilli garlic
  • 5 .Drizzle over a little olive oil and garish with basil leaves
