Use Krunchy Breading Conc. for attaining following results : A. Crumble texture B. "Pakora" finish C. Dry dust frying

Directions for Use Of Krunchy Breading for Chicken

Concentrate Mixing ratio: Mix 150gm of CS Krunchy Breading Conc. with 1kg of refined flour and the flour mix is ready for use! For Crumble Texture: Mainly applicable for poultry and red meat. Prepare morsels of meat and marinate for upto 4 hours. Step 1-Dredge marinated meats with flour mix. Step 2-Dip it in water. Step 3-Again dredge morsel in made flour mix and crumble the surface of meat using your fingers. Step-4 Deep fry in moderately hot oil. For Pakora finish: Dilute flour mix with water in a ratio of 1:2 and ensure there are no lumps. Food intended to fry should be dredged with flour mix and then dip it in made batter and fry in moderately hot oil. Dry Dusting fry: Mainly used in Asian cuisine where food is intended to be tossed along with the sauce. Pat dry food, season, dredge it in flour mix and flash fry.

Storage Information Of Krunchy Breading for Chicken
