Directions for Use

Cooking Instructions for Methi Malai Mutter

In a pan take 5 gm oil & sauté 5 gm green chilli paste for 2 minutes.
Add 100 Gm White Gravy and cook for 2-3mins.
Add 100 Gm boiled green peas and cook them for about 2- 3 minutes.
Add 0.5 gm kasoori methi, 0.5 Gram white pepper, 0.5 gm cardamom Powder Sugar 4 gms & 50 gm water. Cook for 1-2mins.
Add 30 gm fresh cream and cook for a minute.
Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot.

Storage Information
